Super Puma

Fully Automated,
Big Throw Snowmaker

The Super Puma is our big throw, fully automated snowmaker. With a powerful 25 HP (18 kW) fan, 27 heated peripheral nucleators, and fine-flow step increments, it's the preferred snowmaker for marginal conditions.

Featuring an onboard weather station, continuous monitoring of air and water pressure, and automated flow controls, the Super Puma continuously adjusts water volume, air pressure, and nucleation as conditions change.

The Super Puma is ergonomic, made with durable, robust materials, and has all components covered for a sleek, professional appearance on the slopes.

Nucleation Technology

The Super Puma features 27 heated nucleators positioned at the edge of the airflow, where air velocity is highest, for maximum snow formation efficiency.

75 interior nozzles add water volume and improve snow quality as crystals move outward through the plume. Heated nucleators prevent freeze-ups, ensuring reliable performance even in extreme cold.

Super Puma Key Features

Fully Automatic Operation

The Super Puma features an onboard weather station that continuously monitors conditions and automatically adjusts water flow, air pressure, and nucleation. As the weather shifts, the Super Puma instantly adapts to maintain optimal performance.

Fully Enclosed System

The Super Puma's fully enclosed design protects all critical components including compressor, valves, and hoses with insulated covers that prevent freezing while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

Maximum Throw
in the Puma Line

With a 25 HP fan, the Super Puma delivers a 225 ft throw, the longest in the Puma series. Ideal for wide-open slopes and maximizing terrain coverage.

Marginal Temperatures

The Super Puma's additional water flow steps provide finer control for more granular adjustments as temperatures fluctuate. Combined with intelligent automation, these expanded flow steps capture more snowmaking temperature windows.
