The Super Polecat is our big throw, workhorse snowmaker, known for its durability and versatility. With a powerful 25 HP (18 kW) fan, center nucleation with larger nozzles, and fine flow step increments, it’s the preferred snowmaker for variable water conditions.

Available in both automatic and manual operational configurations. Automatic models feature an onboard weather station, continuous monitoring of air and water pressure, and automated flow controls. Manual models keep it cost-effective with components organized for easy servicing and faster troubleshooting.

Nucleation Technology

The Super Polecat features a centrally positioned 6-jet nucleator, where nucleation begins at the core and expands uniformly outward through the plume. This center-out design ensures consistent ice crystal formation throughout the entire snow stream, resulting in superior snow quality.

30-36 exterior water nozzles with larger orifices add water volume while reducing clogging risk. The heated nucleator prevents freeze-ups, ensuring reliable performance even in extreme cold.
