SMI has implemented a number of changes that will improve our communication and service - and your experience – when ordering parts for our equipment:

Tracking numbers and shipment notification

We've added the UPS "Quantum View Notify" service to notify our customers when their order ships and supply tracking information, as well as other important information related to the order such as when shipping is complete and when parts are backordered, etc. Learn more information about this serviceon the UPS site.

Shipping labels

SMI logo shipping labels are being added to all boxes so that you can easily identify packages from SMI. The contents of each box will be separated into bags and labeled to make it easier for you to identify the parts in your order and confirm everything was received.
